No. The cleaning service is specifically Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning for vacant properties before move-in or after move-out. It is built around getting the property ready for the next occupant, not recurring weekly housekeeping.

No. They are included in the standard Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning scope. Interior windows are optional and can be added in the calculator.

A flexible property make-ready service where you choose the mix of cleaning, handyman, room painting or touch-up time the property needs. When Handyman is included, the combined project is kept within the handyman project limit. Small job debris removal is included.

Cleaning estimates use the selected rooms and add-ons. Handyman estimates use typical task times. Photos, condition and access can affect the final price; Alex confirms it before work begins.

No. The combined project limit applies when handyman work is included. Cleaning alone is priced from the selected rooms and condition.

$120 for the first hour and $60 per additional hour, whether booked separately or as part of Make-Ready. Materials and all other costs are confirmed separately. When cleaning and handyman work are combined, a discount applies only as needed to bring the estimate to $999, up to 20% of handyman labor. If that is not enough, Alex must review a smaller scope. Materials and other project costs still count toward the limit.

Alex includes small job debris removal — light packaging, small bags / boxes and minor leftover debris from the job.
