A few useful answers.
How does handyman pricing work?
The standalone rate is $120 for the first hour and $60 per hour after that. The calculator estimates labor from typical task times. Materials, preparation and access are reviewed before Alex confirms the final price.
Can I send several small jobs together?
Yes. Include all the tasks in your request so Alex can review the time, materials and complete project cost. Scheduling depends on the agreed scope.
Should I buy the materials first?
Share the product link or describe what you already have. Confirm compatibility and the material list with Alex before making additional purchases.
Can you paint one or two rooms?
Yes, within an accepted minor-work scope. Room dimensions, preparation, paint and other materials must be reviewed against the complete project budget.
What work can you accept?
Alex is not a licensed contractor. Accepted handyman work must meet the applicable minor-work exemption, require no permit or employees, and have all project costs below $1,000. Electrical requests need address- and scope-specific review.
What if my task is not in the calculator?
Send the description and photos to Alex. An unrecognized task needs a personal scope review; it does not have an automatic online quote.
