Information you choose to share

You may provide your name, phone number, ZIP code or city, email, preferred date, contact preference, service selections, job description and photographs. Please include only information needed to discuss the work. Photographs can be sent directly to Alex by text.

Estimates and contact requests

Calculator selections help prepare a preliminary estimate. Details are shared with Alex when you send a request through an available contact method. Opening a text message or copying a request does not send it: you must review and send the message in your messaging app.

The website may keep a temporary calculator draft in your browser’s session storage to carry selections to the contact page. This draft is not a submitted request. Closing the browser session or clearing site data removes the local draft.

How information is used

• To respond to an inquiry and review the property or task list.
• To agree on scope, estimates, access and scheduling.
• To carry out and document agreed work and keep necessary business records.
• To maintain the website, diagnose errors and limit abusive or duplicate requests.

Sending a service inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Permission to use identifiable property photographs in public marketing is handled separately from documenting the job.

Service providers and disclosure

Website hosting and delivery providers, including OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and security logs. Telephone, messaging and email providers process communications sent through their services. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and security. Alex does not sell inquiry details to lead brokers.

Cookies, tracking and external links

This website does not currently run Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tags or Meta Pixel. It does not use advertising cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising. Hosting providers may use technical mechanisms needed for delivery, access and security. The site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Links to Google, Instagram and other external websites take you to services governed by their own privacy policies. Those services may use cookies and collect information under their own terms. If advertising or analytics tools are introduced, this policy and any necessary privacy choices will be updated to reflect their use.

Retention and security

Inquiry and job records are kept as reasonably needed to respond, deliver the agreed service, maintain business records and address legal requirements. Technical safeguards are used where available, but no website or communications system can guarantee absolute security.
