$120 first hour, then $60/hour. The same base rate applies to every handyman visit. With cleaning, a discount of up to 20% on handyman labor applies only as needed to fit within $999. Materials also count toward the limit.

Before you book
A few useful answers.
Do I need both repairs and cleaning?
No. Choose the cleaning and handyman work the property actually needs. Alex reviews your selections and confirms the scope.
Is Make-Ready a fixed $999 package?
Your estimate combines the selected cleaning and handyman work. Handyman labor is $120 for the first hour and $60 per additional hour, just like a separate handyman visit. When cleaning and handyman work are combined, a discount applies only as needed to bring the estimate to $999, up to 20% of handyman labor. If that is not enough, Alex must review a smaller scope. Materials and other project costs still count toward the limit. Projects with handyman work must fit within $999 including materials and other costs; Alex reviews the final scope. Cleaning alone does not have this limit.
Can you paint a room as part of Make-Ready?
Room painting and smaller paint work can be reviewed as part of the handyman scope. Room sizes, preparation, paint and all other costs determine what fits within the accepted project limit.
What photographs will I receive?
Before-and-after photos cover the selected work and visible condition. They help document the job for your property records. They do not guarantee a deposit decision or a legal outcome.
Is junk removal included?
Alex takes away small packaging and debris created during the agreed work. Furniture, appliances, large loads and unrelated household junk are not included.
Is sending a request a confirmed booking?
No. Alex first reviews the scope and preferred date with you. The work, price and appointment must be confirmed.
